Friday jets off to Sweden

I need to go to Sweden at some stage, given that my beloved sister lives there. But she's away up in UMea which is bloody cold all the time apart from 2 weeks in July.

A wonderful start to the day: at the hospital about a wisdom tooth and my dentist didn't include an x-ray. So after 45 minutes of waiting, I've been referred elsewhere to wait some more.

I've never been sent anywhere in hospital for further diagnosis before. All feels a bit theme hospital.

Morning! Off to my dad's will reading today, after a trip to his bank - it's a full day of bereavement business :o Just contemplating dealing with this stuff has been enough to make me feel physically ill these past few weeks, so I'm hoping it'll be a relief to get it out of the way!

I hope so too. These things can weigh very heavily. x

It will be. As much as it's hard to let go, it's also a real benefit to be able to "draw a line", as it were.

GOOD LUCK!

I've just actioned a complaint by JPMorgan against our forum. #superadmin

(just one of those spambot threads with credit card details on)

I hope it goes ok COB, but I am sure that after today you'll be able to take a break and move forward! Thinking of you!

My dad never had a will reading. He definitely had a will as I helped my parents write it. Everything went to my mum. I was his only child, so I wasn't bothered.

When my mum goes it will be difficult though, because I am the executor and I have two estranged half-sisters that are not in the will at all as they are both complete cunts and haven't spoken to my mum since my dad died 6 years ago. She changed her will a few years ago and removed them completely. That's going to be fun to deal with and I am already predicting legal action from them.

Was that really six years ago?! I remember printing the order of service (and FUCKING IT UP ) like it was yesterday.

oh shit, did I do a Mel?

Chin up, @COB
Not at all! If anything I barged in and Mel'd you at hospital in the first place - Melling Hierarchy Forum NOW :o

MIDDLE CLASS WHINE TIME

I'm going to have to sack ANOTHER cleaner. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND STAFF?

You have a cleaner?!

How big is your flat?

No judgment (I’m just jealous)

Happy womens day moopy. To celebrate being a woman and bleeding every month, I'm attempting (for the 2nd time) to use a moon cup instead of tampons.

So far I can report the moon cups are gross, bloody, involve far too much fingering and they leak. They're shit.

Well, it's not HUGE itself (2 bedrooms) but it has big rooms. Why on earth WOULDN'T I have a cleaner? I earn enough and fuck off am I spending my time CLEANING when I could be doing other things. Definitely something I'd never give up.

We had a cleaner for two years who was QUITE GOOD but then she got lazy- supposed to be 2 people here for an hour, first it became 1 and then I caught her out doing 45 minutes rather than an hour on more than one occasion. The final straw was when Mr Sheena was in the flat and she still only came, did 35 minutes and left :D

Thing is, the new one seems to do the time, but is just a bit SHIT. She was at the fridge for 25 minutes today and it isn't actually clean. I must have asked her four times now to clean the microwave and underneath it rather than just around it and she hasn't.

I understand this is a ridiculously privileged WHINE but Y'KNOW...

I've just had another work argument based on my ridiculous refusal not to be psychic. Damn this ordinary brain of mine.

Oh Rachey why can't we just have it all WHIPPED OUT

My cup leaks when I have a heavy flow, so I alternate between it and organic tampons.

No such thing as far too much fingering.

Organic cotton but the main thing is they aren't bleached so you're not putting chlorine up your foof :)
