Friday plays A Song for SuomiFrid

Rachey looking FAB in that photo! Mandy clearly v. unhappy being photographed.

Definitely need a dreaded Moopmeet there. Preferably without telling Rachey beforehand. Let's all just DROP IN :disco:
OMG. This has his reminded me, I had a dream the other night where a secret Moopy meet was organised and everyone was there except me. @Iguana spearheaded it all. Anyway I decided to turn up anyway in my best sparkly frock and he just told me 'we don't need your laminator anymore Star'

:(

Yeah that sounds like Iguana! :D

I would never have done that! I wouldn't have invited @Soldi either.

That is the most on-brand anxiety dream since I had the one where I was onstage with The Fall and my instrument was a small keyboard with shrunken heads on it that howled when I pressed the keys...

What a meanie :(

Very Funny Reaction GIF

Good grief, I've just been to Tesco and a bloody FIGHT broke out when a jakie tried to steal a bottle of wine. He punched the security guard who tired to stop him :( . However, said security guard didn't flinch, tackled the bloke and panned him off the side of the door! At which pint, he dropped the bottle (which didn't smash) and bolted for it. The guy behind the counter told me that was the third time today they'd had to throw him out but it hadn't come to a rick before.

I remember when my friend got into a fracas with a security guard who accused him of stealing the local paper, which he had but only because he thought it was free.

Such a thrilling anecdote, I’m glad I was finally able to share it.

Im more surprised that it wasn’t free! Who would pay for a local paper, it’s usually all SHIT!

My local newspaper have started putting all their stories online behind a PAYWALL which irks me for some reason. That is LOCAL NEWS for LOCAL PEOPLE, why should we pay to access heartwarming stories such as a woman appearing in court over the welfare of an African pygmy hedgehog?

I saw a screaming row between and nasty looking girl and her boyfriend over water bottles in the gym today. I was watching while pulling tissue out the dispenser. I got so distracted I totally forgot and ended up with a huge pile of tissue on the floor.

LOCAL PEOPLE can't read, all they do is eat hot chip, post 'they should bring back hanging' under news stories on Facebook, and LIE.

The most exciting thing I saw in the gym earlier was someone hoovering.

I'm amazed there's not more shit at mine. It's a cheap one in the town centre.

It's mostly teenagers, other poor town centre dwellers and unemployed muscle morons. The teenagers slightly piss me off. I spot the odd burner phone which slightly excites me.

Our local rag has been behind a paywall since April 2020. I was incensed that they'd do that at the start of lockdown. This is purely the reason I follow them on Facebook so I can comment about the lack of grammar and all of the spelling mistakes in each article they post and ask why anybody would bother paying to read it.

It's the same everywhere then. I swear there's not a week without an article on the newest McDonald's item.

What really annoys me is that they're posted with a comment saying "this is sad" 'disgraceful behaviour". I'll be the judge of that!

And yeah ours is behind a paywall. I'd unfollow, but I like to know what's happening locally.

Our local complaints are pot holes, turn the lights back on, student flats, town centre dying, e-scooters and that the art gallery built 12 years ago was a waste of money.

Obviously that doesn't count the racism and homophobia. I hope they all die.

We just have a local village Facebook group which is an absolute CESSPIT. Truly the absolute pits where people just moan about and hate everything. It’s SUCH a depressing place, if I didn‘t have to work back home I’d only go back for Christmas.
