It's hard. Had a cat with face cancer once and after many years of trying to maintain a life worth living for her, we've eventually had to do it.
Sometimes it's the most loving option no matter how difficult it feels. Thoughts and hugs.
 
Morning. Bloody freezing and the work group chat has already gone DARK.

I popped it in last week pre-op, along with some winter Electric Onions.

I'm a TAD worried about my cabbages lasting for Christmas, but fingers crossed.

I might actually treat myself to a drive up the allotment today, see what damage that wind did last week.

I’m absolutely fucked from Wednesday nights shenanigans and I’ve got a 12 hour rave coming up tonight. I am not 21
 
Mr Ag was home yesterday and there was a power cut. We're both home today and there's another fucking power cut.
 
What is cold according to you my dear southern friends?

It’s about 10 degrees here at the moment which is fairly mild (for being here).
 
I'm about to go and collect the keys for my first office!

WELL, I say that, it's actually a corner of a larger shared office, but I'll take it!

Weaklings!

We’re mostly still on ”autumn jacket” level. I haven’t even put on a scarf yet.
 
10 is about the coldest I'm ok with before I start to really hate the cold
 
It all depends on how much time you actually spend outdoors. A short walk to get somewhere is fine.
 
It’s 11 degrees here, but the sun is shining so it’s actually quite PLEASANT outside.
