The hay fever has died down today, thank fuck. It absolutely powered down with rain and accompanying thunder earlier. However joy of joys I have a surprise new back pain, just as the other one recovered.

I've popped some naproxen, so I expect to have a pleasant remainder of the afternoon.

Another rubbish dentist trip. I'm probably going to be on soup and rice pudding all weekend, she's had to cut my gum to get a temporary crown under it. Not only did I get the injections in the two front teeth but I had to have an extra-painful one in the roof of my mouth. My whole face is numb up to my eyeballs.

Currently holding my lips together manually so I can smoke a fag, that's true dedication to nicotine!
