I'll nationalise your sausage in a minute. Once you've opened your pork market of course.

Some utter insanity going on on social media tonight.

A story claiming to debunk the story of the boy sleeping on the floor of the hospital has come from a Facebook account (supposedly of the wife of a private doctor but FUCK KNOWS) and is being tweeted (often at journalists and people with large followings) and shared on Facebook groups using the same phrasing en masse by bots and sock puppet accounts.

Already been picked up by a Telegraph columnist who is ignoring the fact that the NHS Trust’s Chief Medical Director already having said that it did happen and apologised to the family.

Utter insanity but not surprising in the least. It worked for Brexit.

If only yesterday had happened a good half week before. Well hopefully Piffel ignoring a sick child will be fresh in people's minds come Thursday.

this is all making me feel so utterly hopeless. (not to mention question my sanity).

I am buzzing for this. I absolutely LOVE watching the results come in, and am praying that the tories don’t get a landslide victory.

Good luck with that Reets. I'll be up, but expecting to commiserate on the cheapest bottles of plonk i can find. (red, of course)

The exit poll really takes any semblance of fun out of things. Chances are we'll just get an announcement of a comfortable Tory majority at 10pm - after which actually staying up to watch the whole sorry affair unfold is just a perverse form of self-harm. (Which I'll still do, of course).

I'll wait up for an exit poll (which will show up about 10.02pm, if not sooner) but I can't put myself through watching the results come in.

Even if it's a total nightmare, there'll be little bits of joy. Brexit party falling on their arse, Swinson out - who knows what the future might hold.

I;d hate to miss IDS losing his seat if that happens.

Given that Farage sacrificed The Brexit Party on the alter of whatever job Boz has promised him, that'll be pretty hollow.

Labour have a 4-1 chance of taking BoJo's seat, apparently. Frankly that's worth my time staying up for even if it comes to nothing.

I don't know why they bother with those constituency polls. Lord Ashcroft did loads of them last time and they were ALL WRONG

A Brexit Party leaflet has arrived.:zombie:

Farage is getting a Hitler moustache. As if he doesn't already have one ON HIS SOUL.

*deletes fake poll* there's enough DISAPPOINTMENTS in life already :)
