Crash or Bubble Pop Electric might've been an alternative I guess. I think the singles were pretty perfect though.

Serious and The Real Thing were the singles that never were.
I mean honestly
If this album was released in the '80s it would have been the True Blue of its generation

It was the opposite babes - sent the album from a thus far middling result right up into the top tier and it was a big hit everywhere.

Whether or not it is any good is a different matter (clue: it is good and y’all are deaf)
 
Yeah What You Waiting For was actually a big FLOP in America. Rich Girl totally turned things around.

I like it too. The "All the riches baby" part is fab.
 
Rich Girl is not one I'd go back to much but she's a bop. and the reunion of Gwen and Eve just felt right.

I used to be obsessed with Serious but I'm afraid a lot of the back half of LAMB lost its allure. Danger Zone remains a boperoo though. Nellee Hooper (what happened to him?) was a dream collaborator for Gwenny Gwen Gwen.

yeah I think her interest just waned. she always said she kind of fell into being a popstar and never had any great ambitions to rule the world. which is a SHAME because she COULD'VE.

the third album was really very good though. lots of brilliant pop tracks there, even if they weren't exactly edgy or weird.

'Make Me Like You' is up there with her best singles in my opinion.

'Used To Love You' is also lovely, but is let down by the production. It sounds a bit cheap and tinny.
 
How ODD - there is a 'Fifteenth Anniversary Edition' of LAMB on Spotify that is literally just the standard 12 tracks. Troll.

I like that and "Send Me a Picture". The singles were decent but nothing special. Don't remember anything else.
