Happy new year Moopers. 2020 has been a shite year but one bright spot has been reconnecting on here and I hope 2021 is a massive improvement for everyone.

I feel asleep at 10pm or something and then the fireworks and a phonecall from my parents woke me up 15 minutes ago.

I'm very glad I started posting this year (mostly due to the election and @funky's still ongoing playlist competition). Everyone has been so welcoming, funny, and insightful. The COVID situation in the UK came up at work this week, and it was being talked about in the abstract, but I really felt for all of you, and I really hope that it improves soon.

On top of that, I now have a reason to start drinking at 3 at least once a week.

To loosely quote the Queen, I hope next New Year's Eve can be Better Than Today.
