Apologies to bring down the tone but MOOPY. I am in the market for a washer/dryer combi.

Anyone have experience of these? Are they worth it, or shall I just stick to drying on the clothes horse as I have done to this point (NB, I'd probably only use the dryer for bedding and towels but that'd cut down on the loads enough!)

Is there a particular good brand I should go with? I have a £50 Bosch voucher and I know they're well renowned so I'm starting there but not 100% married to them.
 
Do you think my internet might be punishing me today because I downloaded a big (not really that big tbh) file last night? The download speed was sort of bonkers so maybe it’s deliberately being a twat today.

I just watched Black Widow with about 20 breaks for buffering

I have an Indesit one and I've been very happy with it, particularly as I have a small flat with no outside space. Be aware it does take quite a long time to dry things though.

I used an actual character study for this one. Please note the incredible detail in recreating the living room, and the stick men in the photo frame which actually ended up looking a bit like Japanese writing.

I’d never, ever (ever) get a combo washer dryer again. If you’ve got the room, go for separates.
 
I may have OVERINDULGED on the wine last night and have done no preparation for Sunday dinner although I was full of good intentions. Did someone say PIZZA? It is the school holidays after all, so pizza then back on the wine sounds like the ORDER OF THE EVENING.

As the wife of an ex-repair line customer service person I'd say don't get a combi, get two separate machines if you have the room.
 
Spawn's spent the whole day intermittently mithering me to go into Manchester because her fiance is running the marathon. Not a chance! I've stalked his Apple Watch on Find My iPhone instead which is basically the same thing as watching him run it.
