It's not even the YOUNG young ones. I read a few months back that 18-24 year olds are either turning their backs on it or not bothering in the first place.

But it's so good. Where else can I learn what everyone else has had for dinner, or how long it took them to run 5k :(

I tend to use it, similar to Instagram, to post photos of things. It's like a free photo album for me.

Mandy is currently at the gym, but we have a Marks & Spencer meal deal and lots of wine. Pretty wild night. But it had been 9.5 years. I forgot to get her a present so I guess that means I'll have to give her sex.

We're just on the border between amber and yellow. It's almost guaranteed that the poor people on the estates at the bottom of the big hill that I live at the top of will flood. That's what happens when you decide to build hundreds of houses and apartments on flood plains right next to the banks of the river Irwell though. I'm in no way suggesting that people deserve to be flooded but surely it's common sense not to buy a house a few feet from the banks of a fast-flowing river that's in a valley.

I've definitely noticed most people I know are using it less and less. I see far less from friends and more from groups I'm in now. And that isn't because of facebook changing the settings or whatever - most of my friendlist clearly rarely bothers with it. Although perhaps I'd better just check how many of them I have on ignore...
 
And you're all welcome to the cat pic I posted earlier. I think that may be the first thing i posted this year.
 
Oh I lie. I posted the Sonikku video a couple of weeks ago as well.

My friends are still just about young enough to use it, and I still notice I get a lot of likes on photos I post. I try not to use it for miserable, "uok Hun" posts like some do.

I’m sure RANDY MANDY would much prefer a bit of RAMPANT RACHEY than a box of sodding chocolates or the like. Have a good night sweetheart.
 
I had a quick go at Mr L this morning but got bored, so we went to Weston Super Mare instead.

You had issues last week with Storm Ciara? Are you able to do anything to stop it happening again?

I saw some of the people on the news whose house flooded last week with Storm Ciara and are about to get pummelled again. Houses, and businesses completely ruined. Absolutely heartbreaking. :(

I'm surprised they managed to get insurance on properties like that? Our insurance company were a nightmare for things like that, and we are top floor on top of a hill!

Yeah. I'm nowhere near a river. The main one in the city has flooded, but that happens about 6 times a year and there are defences everywhere

I'm absolutely fine, all the water runs past my house and down the hill to the poor saps at the bottom who keep flooding. The river Irwell bursts its banks on a regular basis so I have no idea why the Council gave planning permission for the houses at the bottom, it was obvious to everybody it would flood in heavy rain because the estate is literally feet from the riverbank.



The river's just on the left in this video from last week.
 
I've just pulled something in my back whilst bending down to put a CD into my PC. Even the types of injury I sustain are out of date...
