I felt the same for the first 2 episodes. Episode 3 was a massive improvement though so now Im sticking with it.

The last episode was cute but honestly I forgot all the timeline jumps and it still just felt like they were shagging about until the very end so didn’t have that real proper emotional pull, like it should have been Luke/Lorelai levels by the end for me. Yeah it was nice and my eyes watered a bit.

Was more into Hunter and Kip as a story and relationship tbh.
