Tension II seemed more of a continuation of the same project, albeit a weaker version of it than an homage or reimagining of a former glory like 20 YO or This is Me Now

I do sort of see the issue with the sequel concept but I’m choosing to view it as Atwood when she conceptualised and wrote the sequel for Handmaids Tale with The Testaments and it was still relevant in current times and of course she co won the Booker for it
So ladies - let’s elevate the sequel discussion please and leave Jennifer Lopez out of it

My interest has been roused, but I can't see I don't have very high hopes. She has long forgotten to how to make the pop she was making between the 80s and the early 00s.

I think Rebel Heart had some great pop moments but the production camp approach was terrible
I reckon if she had done the whole album with Avicii it would have been dance pop tastic. But she would’ve been accused of chasing trends etc etc
She’s been in this damned if you do damned if you don’t box of chasing trends or being authentic since Hard Candy
But I digress
I do think that returning to Stuart Price is a good idea though
