Two kittens - brother and sister. Seven months old.

Oh they are absolutely gorgeous! They look very mischievous. So good to see so many cat lovers in this thread!

I share a dog with my mum. She was mine and she is gorgeous and I love her so much but animals are very tying. I have a daughter and grandson in Scotland, and a son in Ireland and I am pretty much retired so love to travel. She is so happy with my Mum but as she also likes to get away we make sure I am available for princess Tia.

God I have 0 kids in Scotland or Ireland, and I still don’t want to put in the work of a dog

I have no pets since my cat and rabbit died 2 years ago. We keep talking about getting another cat, or moving and getting a dog. But then we want to travel and that's hard with pets.

I've had gerbils and rabbits in the past but I prefer guinea pigs and hamsters if we are talking about rodents.

Cats are just so much easier to look after than dogs. You don't need to walk them in the rain and they are much cleaner than dogs, in my opinion.

Here are a list of pets I've had throughout my life:
1 Budgie
8 Mice
3 Gerbils (the first pair had babies then mum died a day after so was replaced with another female who then had babies and didn't die)
2 Hamsters (big ones, not those teeny dwarf things)
Stick Insects (originally 3 but they kept laying eggs until there were hundreds of them)
A succession of Rats (because they're great pets)
2 Rabbits
1 Snake
1 Tortoise
1 Kakariki
2 Dogs
Many Goldfish

My hamster is a Russian dwarf but I prefer Syrians.
