I'll tell you something, I've been doing a fair bit of the old raving again recently. Work hard play hard, that sort of thing. I don't know if its because I'm sleeping post party rather than hanging around a kitchen talking shit until Sunday or if its the daily dose of 1200mg lions mane, but I'm not really getting midweek comedowns any more.

I had a VERY good idea this morning on the way to the gym and I've forgotten it since getting back. HMPH.
