Incredible is a long, also unpleasant, slog.

I actually did wake up and choose Hard Candy this morning. I managed five songs. Voices is not the killer closer I used to think it was.

I think she was lucky to come out of the album relatively unscathed and go on a massive tour because the whole thing feels rough and first draft. terrible choices of collaborators who didn't get her or push her at all, and the start of an alarming creative decline really.
