This will be helpful info. If we can establish a pattern connecting those with issues, we can try and fix it.

Also delete cache etc. see if that helps

Still getting that message every time I come back to moopy. Sometimes it takes one refresh and sometimes it takes multiple. It might be cache as it’s only the bookmark that seems to have trouble.

Actually it’s not a bookmark - it’s when I open the previously open page so it could be any page, still happens.

Nothing has changed that I have control over, so we're looking at the server or cloud flare has changed something that's had this effect.

I can't think why it's seemingly random who it's affected though

I've been getting this too on desktop over the last week.

I have temporarily disabled Cloudflare protections. Let me know if you encounter any issues in the next 24 hours or so.

It’s still happening for me BUT I’ve noticed it’s happening on a couple of other websites that I visit frequently. Is it a Safari issue perhaps?

if it is your local device having the issue, then do this for Moopy and anywhere else having the issue, might help.

log out
delete cache and cookies
delete bookmarks if you use them
log back in and recreate bookmark

Carmelo2 came to save us and was banned before our salvation.

There is an addon that would allow bot protection to occur on our server rather than cloudflare. It looks like a bit of effort to set up, but when I have a chunk of time I will give it a go and see if that makes things better.
