Mine is Elisabeth Moss.

One of the most surreal things in TV ever is her being a Scientologist and then starring in a show like Handsmails Tail.

When Leah Remini (a declared SP) accepted her Emmy for her TV show, Elisabeth Moss walked out because Scientologists aren’t allowed to be in the same room.

I know most people have seen the Louis Theroux documentary which was quite amusing, but the HBO one Going Clear is MUCH better and much more frightening. Leah and Paul Greengrass and a host of other ex members appear and tell some shocking stories

I also watched bits of Leahs docuseries and it was more like therapy sessions but still very interesting

I love anything like this. Anything to do with cults or people being brainwashed. Just blows my mind that people can be manipulated to such a degree

Watch Seasons 2 & 3 of Leah’s documentary! She abandons the therapy session format of the first season and gets into the proper juicy stuff. She even travels to Clearwater, the city in Florida that Scientology have taken over, and gets the police called on her for sitting in a park

Also her podcast is iconic. Just hours of her dragging Scientology. She even outs John Travolta in the first five minutes of episode one!
