I just did a pancake trial run, having never made them from scratch. A triumph. Back to work tomorrow, so back to take aways and ruined unused food.

We always go to my mum's for pancake day, it's a tradition we've done for years. But she's too poorly this year

So I'm doing them at mine with my brother and his wife on Wednesday. The last time I made pancakes they were not good

My parents have covid, but they've found a pancake mix in their cupboard from last year. Not that I go round.

It's 37°c here (but it's a dry heat) and today I found out that one of my colleagues forged his qualification using Microsoft word and am deciding whether to blackmail him
