JADE - That's Showbiz Baby! (Sep 12)

And what on earth is Natural At Disaster of all songs doing at 61 midweek? It isn't in her Spotify top 10.

US and European tour dates for Feb / March being announced imminently!

OMG those poor gays in Florida, Texas and all the other red states (apart from PA) she’s skipping ☠️ 😂

Surprised she is touring here, wouldn’t think there would be an audience for that. Did Little Mix even tour the US?

touring demand is so high these days I think anyone can tour if they have a good few gays in their back pocket. maybe they also have more promo/exposure lined up stateside before then

Glad she's getting somewhat of a US push. Will the albam chart over there?

it made #24 on the sales-only chart, with 6.6k combined sales/streaming units so somewhere below the overall top 200 I think.

Officially BUBBLING UNDER :disco: which is exactly what Jade needs over there rather than in at 199.5

and stan twitter is accusing her of lip-syncing, oh those poor gays, if only they knew Little Mix does not mime.

I can't find a Today Show perf or any US perf yet, please post thx

It's really good, innit? I didn't get round to plopping it on the turntable until last night but it really holds the attention. There's enough going on so it doesn't become samey while still having character. I'm still not crazy about FUFN but so what?

I can imagine it working very well on stage. Lots of options for pacing a live show.

FUFN is the my favourite song on the album!

It's possibly my album of the year, although admittedly I've not invested massively in new music this year.

The Headache/Natural At Disaster/Glitch sequence is the weakest run of the album for me, although I don't dislike any of them individually.

But the run from Plastic Box through to Lip Service is just so strong. I may create a playlist leaving out the three I mentioned above but adding Gossip which would give me a 12 track 'album' just under 40 minutes which for me would be all killer, no filler.
