Yes they're numpties. Also got married in a t-shirt with the dictionary definition of 'man' on it and had a dinosaur (:eyes:) cake with ADULT HUMAN MALES in icing around the side.

How obsessed do you have to be to base your whole wedding around an ideology? What must the guests have thought?

And one of them apparently needs to present himself to the police in the next few days so happy honeymoon to them I guess?

We had a vigil here today. I felt bad going home instead because Mr L was cooking a Valentine's dinner. It felt like such a lame reason not to attend.

GC pride symbol / dogwhistle maybe? People do call people like that dinosaurs, it might be a case of them being like "yeah we are and proud of it" and signalling themselves to other GCs

Easily 2.5k people at the Manchester vigil last night. No disturbance from the LGB Alliance although apparently they turned up.

Lots of really emotive speakers but Annie Wallace spoke really powerfully, I hope as tragic as this is that it ignites something that brings a change.

on the surface the NYT reporting on trans people and issues can often seem neutral or progressive so some of the contents of this letter surprised me. I hope they'll be forced to do something about it.

This has been her trick all along - retweet, like, approve but never actually say. Then threaten legal action against anyone who draws the correct conclusion. But it's like wearing a t-shirt; I didn't say that I like Sonic Youth but everyone will draw the conclusion from my Sonic Youth t-shirt because why would anyone wear a Sonic Youth t-shirt if they didn't like the band. The same is true or Rowling's likes, retweets, photos of her with proud TERFs etc. There's only one reasonable conclusion.

I just want her to die now. She's unstoppable unless someone finally extracts the obvious anti-semite from out of her and, either way, her money will keep her safe.

At least we can look forward to a homeless Linehan giving handjobs for spare change in Piccadilly Circus.
