Joy Crookes - When You Were Mine/Skin

The album Skin is rather good throughout, and was top 5 last week (though looks like it is due a second week plummet).

However, I am especially hooked on the single (A list on both Radio 1 and 2):




Joy is a BENEVOLENT EX of a boy gone BIG GAY. It is just such a warm sounding tune and the video is lovely too.

I bought this album - straight away, a voice I could listen to for hours on end - she could sing my shopping list and I'd be there. The title track, in particular, knocked me flat. Thoroughly impressed.

It's great. I thought it was Amy Winehouse when I first heard it on the radio

I haven’t heard much of her but I’m quite the fan so far. Feet Don’t Fail Me Now has almost been on REPEAT since @Beryl sent it into ASFM!
