@big ron we saw a kangaroo today, it jumped right in front of our car on our 4 hour drive today.

Also saw some koalas in the wild

Driving up from Adeliade to Melbourne we saw loads dead by the road. I also got attacked by one at a wildlife park.

Not here alas. Just strong winds and heavy rain.

We don't have any forecast. And temperatures of 6°C for the next few days, so if we did have any, I doubt it would linger.

I think being on the Bristol Channel largely protects us, and being surrounded by hills on the other sides creates a microclimate where we rarely get it.

I'm not expecting any snow but the Met Office told me I there was 0% chance when it was snowing at 6.30am on Monday morning.

It is freezing here in deepest darkest Scotland with roads absolutely treacherous with black ice everywhere and as usual the roads have not been gritted. I would love a bit of snow to get some GRIP.
