Is she basically just running on the fumes of sympathy and goodwill? I don't find her music terrible or anything but it always seems like it's HER doing the lifting not the tunes.

Joyride remains essential, however.

That’s my take on it and it’s not to diminish anything she went through but , except for the month of fun with Joyride, nothing newish is worth a tour for me.

She's got the classic hits from her heyday, plus 'Joyride' and 'Praying' to fill out a set list. For someone who probably could have been a one-hit wonder trivia question, I think she's doing alright for herself a decade and a half on from 'Tik Tok'.

LOVE FOREVER is that warm disco/Oliver/Chromeo serve I did not know Kesha had in her. :disco: excellent.

I haven't listened to the deluxe yet, but played the standard through on the plane earlier and it's great.

all in one post would be great :D

#17 in the US feels good for an indie artist, #43 UK less so. apparently she just played a sold out 28k show in Chicago which is her biggest touring audience ever so I guess overall things are going well.

Surely it's all going on better than the last 2-3 albums she released? It truly feels like a Renaissance for her and I'm here for it, as disposable her brand is, the album does have a handful of tracks with replay value: The One, Red Flag, Too Hard, ATTENTION, Boy Crazy (Jade Mix) and of course Joyride.
