Kylie - Disco (album 15) (1 Viewer)

Where did you get this (most likely false) information Jark?
the track time (3:50) has been displayed on iTunes which usually indicates it's the next song to be released. the other songs' track times are still missing.

I had assumed we’d get a third single to coincide with the album release.

Magic isn’t really doing the business (not that I think anything else will)

the strategy will probably be a random track (I Love It) a week or two before the album and then third single + video on album release day.

I don't know what metrics you're using to measure Magic but it's doing OK (not brilliant) on Spotify and Radio 2 just A-listed it...

has this been posted?

Twenty five years ago, Blur took on Oasis in one of the most notorious chart races of all time. And now, Kylie Minogue and her team are gearing up for the 2020 pop equivalent.

Minogue is on the cover of Music Week this week, talking about her new album, Disco, due to be released on November 6 – the same day that Little Mix are scheduled to drop their new album, Confetti.

made me smile.

also, those song titles have filled me with dread. they sound so spectacularly middle class and trite!

they said this winter was gonna be terrible but this will be a step too far after the promise of say something.

in news that will hopefully be of interest to absolutely nobody...

I can't read Magic without singing MAAAAHJIIIIC in my head

I think the Music Week shoot was the :disco: ive seen her in a long time

it's from the album shoot I believe - same set-up as the all-red look

She's wearing a lot of vintage 80's fashion in the promo shots and videos, no?

Not really baring much flesh though. I suppose Miley is knocking it out of the park in that context.

these lyrics are from I Love It, btw, out Friday. It was written/produxed with Biff and it's supposedly the third and final song made last year rather than during lockdown.

I do find it a bit odd and slightly worrying that all three songs we're getting first are from that original session...

Maybe Assistant Engineer Kylie isn't very good at her job :(

Real Groove, Miss a Thing and Monday Blues are the three tracks on the sampler sent out to the media (that's what Jessie Ware will have received before their Table Manners ep for instance).

following the pattern, I Love It out this Thursday. not the actual third single.

:D

I'm sure he's very sweet but 95% of his posts are "Agreed!", "that is definitely, a Kylie classic." or something equally benign but useless. Has not discovered that using the like function beats typing a reply sometimes.

He has nothing constructive to say about her AT ALL.

But then he also stans Louise so simple minds and all...

this fan artwork is beaut!

I don’t often take part in that pointless argument but for once, that’s actually commendable.

The Kylie font is VILE!

Every single image this era is giving me the KYLIE AS THE DAZZLER energy that us X-Men Gays have been frothing over for years. I live.

She's doing Magic on Graham Norton on album release day, Friday 6th Nov.

another new visual

Magic on Graham Norton? I want a new one though.

Literally nobody plays their just released single on GN/TV in general these days.

Just be grateful she’s not doing Kids.

Praying she’s the sole guest :disco:

I'm still enjoying Magic. Hoping this is more of a live performance than we got for Say Something.
