Did something like 505k views on youtube too in its first day, her second biggest opener after Padam
 
A top 40 debut would be amazing, given that was a real struggle with ANYTHING from the last two albums

yes I think #37. it will depend how much it grows on Apple and if it can stay top 100, or grow, on spotty all week
 
She is in the UK now at least though I can't think of my promo opportunities yet. When does Strictly start?
 
I think they may wait until album release week and the chat shows should be back - Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross.

To think the only televised perf of Padam in the UK was the capital ball, I think a performance of both singles release week would be wise.
 
I get the impression that most of the performances will be Padam when it comes to it. To be honest I can't imagine how she would perform this live. It's so frenetic.
 
Yeah, keep performances for the album. There’s so few chances for them televised these days, and a single will either gain traction or not - a performance will give a slight boost but won’t really change its streaming trajectory so they are best to leave that push for when the LP is out.

Jonathan Ross isn't coming back until next year, which reduces the promo opportunities for everyone.

Mind you, that BBC Breakfast sofa will never have seen such fierce competition.

This and imagine being 5 decades into your career and possessing the instinct and sensibility to put out music like this. It’s current without remotely feeling like being trend chasing.

I might to listen to Vulgar for whatever the antithesis of a pallete cleanser is.
 
Having hits in 5 decades and being 5 DECADES into your career are quite different!
