So far this album is the dictionary definition of all killah no filler
 
Killah is very funky (the adjective not the poster). I think some vocals on the freakout outro would've elevated the climax.

pairs well with Zombieboy. enjoying this funky disco bassline very much. both of these are giving her version of I Need Your Love with Chic.

Chromatica was fun for the pandemic era but this album is a whole other level

I mean Her Partner Michael ( see also my partner David Furnish because well, if the shoe fits) has given us Mayhem while that other thing gave us Perfect Illusion

This album is truly UNAFRAID TO REFERENCE. She respectfully updated Marge back in 011, and now she has resurrected the dead like Prince, MJ, and Taylor.

Don't Call Tonight slightly passed me by. Shadow of a Man is fun and I see it growing fast, but overall the first half of the album is stronger and has more identity
 
Don’t Call Tonight started off just OK for me but it kept building to something truly great
 
Blade of Grass is a Joan moment I did not need and should have been a b side
