Currently back for a second series on Friday night Channel 4, and still essential viewing for me. I have just laughed very hard at a truly unexpected bit involving Sinitta live from a spa in Birmingham.

Not all of it lands, but it's a delightful, anarchic and funny watch overall. And Richard Yewtree (Nothing was proved!) is a defining figure for our times

Outside of Strictly, this is the only series I watch live. (I am well past the point of GOING OUT on a Friday night )

I like this, its refreshing and sort of a gay TFI friday - nice to see this sort of thing on TV on a friday night.

I'd quite like it to be rounded off with a music performance, maybe a hoopla style 90's band or some kind of fun skit involving a pop star.

He is getting decent guests, love the regulars like the shop keeper, aunt and NATALIE CASSIDY telling us that she's doing whatever now!

That's a great point - it's one of the few shows that actually COULD benefit from a music performance, as you know it'd actually be thoughtfully picked and not, say, just Ella Eyre or whoever's doing the rounds flogging their latest single that nobody wants to hear

Half-expecting the next post in this thread, in 6 months time, to be 'AXED' with a emoji and link to a DigitalSpy story about how it's not coming, as it can't be cheap to make and I don't believe the ratings are anything special

I was half asleep BUT I thought he was saying that, in response to talk about Alma's Not Normal's BAFTA, as a quip about how he'd just won his own and therefore cheapened the brand
