beige is a legend! In the original book “The Day the Crayons Quit” (which I would highly recommend when Kylie and Dannii are a bit older) all the crayons write a letter to their owner Duncan with their various complaints and beige breaks my heart

Still haven't got my refund for my canelled flights in March to Brazil! The airline said it could take upto 30 days which was today. I called to ask about the status of my refund and they answered 'we can't tell how long it might take or give you any further information, but please feel free to make a complaint via the website.

Anyway, I've requested a chargeback on my credit card, has anyone had any success with this for for cancelled flights?

Ok so they confirmed the chargeback within 5 minutes. That was EASY.

I applied for a chargeback on my pub deposit yesterday and got an acknowledgement saying refunds are currently taking 6 weeks.

Also finally got my TUI refund credit and have re-booked for December, which probably still won't happen but OH WELL...

American Express, apparently if a merchant has a high volume of requests (as I imagine an airline does nowadays) they’ll issue it instantly. I did it online and the case is showing as closed/resolved.
