Everything did not work out right

I have been fighting the hordes to get tickets for Ghibli Park, and managed to win the ticket lottery for the big main area but not the other two smaller ones.

Today was the second chance first come first served bunfight. Nothing for the day I wanted, but I bought a SECOND ticket for a different day because there was availability of the other areas. Until I actually got around to booking.

So I now have FOUR tickets I think, one for a separate day, and one for all three areas, but I don’t think I’ll have enough time to make it to one of the area (the tickets are timed) FUFF

There's a thing doing the rounds on social media "NOMV" which stands for Not One More Vet. Because another young vet has committed suicide, this time one from a referral centre in Southampton that the vets I worked for always referred to.

And it angers me because everyone is commenting saying how awful it is, yet the general public are fucking arseholes to everyone in the vet Industry, and they're the reason the suicide rate is so high in the vet industry.

Just yesterday a local island vet had to do a post begging clients to stop swearing and abusing the staff in their practice.

I just don't get why people are so mean. And what's really frustrating is, those people shouting and swearing at vet staff, and the same people that come to my shop and are ridiculously lovely.

It's bin day tomorrow and I've just managed to hide an old toilet seat down the side of the bin (inside) and cover it with two other bags of rubbish. I must be old because I feel so pleased that I'll be getting one over on the council and saving myself a trip to the tip.

I feel like things are worse since covid. People want everything and they want it now, they have no patience. I think companies really should adopt a tough zero tolerance policy on staff abuse. No one should have to accept abuse like that to the point they take their life

Absolutely. People are generally pretty angry these days and they'll take it out anywhere they think there are no consequences.

Yeah, it's horrific what I'm seeing in GP surgeries now. People are cunts. And you can't help but wonder how many voted Tory and can't see cause and effect.
