Like A Virgin - Confessions Tour

The stripper saddle seems like more of a hindrance than a help, though it’s a great idea in theory.

The conical bra Blond Ambition version is by far my favourite. My tiny mind was frazzled seeing that for the first time.
 
It's purely a nostalgia thing, but I remember how excited I was to get 'The Virgin Tour' as a Christmas present back in 1985. She'd ruled the UK charts that year and so this was the icing on the cake. Sadly, I was gifted the Betamax version and we were VHS, so I had to wait until the shops opened again before I could exchange it. This made it all worthwhile...

 
I used to have that monologue from the Virgin Tour (“ I went to New York, I wanted to be a star, I wanted to be famous” memorised… :D

She hit yet another peak with this tour. This and Erotica/You Thrill Me shoot just as high as Hung Up as far as I'm concerned. Untouchable, yet again.
