Louise - Confession (single) + Confessions (TOP TEN ALBUM!)

Confession: I like Crush for what it is. However, I feel like we already got the self-cheerleading concept down on Love Me More, but Release is big pop bop par excellence. Big props to lil' Lou for maintaining the momentum.

Interesting. I’m glad it’s getting a moment, but given the (relatively) strong start it had on streaming I was still holding out hope for Manifesting to go a bit further.
 
Only Dancer pushes my shimmering electro buttons but Manifesting probably should have led the whole thing.
 
Unfortunately, I've clicked on their spotify to hear more and the vocal did become much more noticeable when less in a throes of a Louise-ripe pop avalanche.
 
Oh I had no idea - I have a couple of their songs on an old playlist. Don’t actually know if this is one of them, I’ll have to check :o
 
I am glad Only Dancer is getting a push but yes, I was hoping they would go with Manifesting a little more getting it some airplay etc.
 


I can’t say New Year’s Eve with Ronan Keating sounds the most appealing, but a good gig for her nonetheless.
 
Ah this is a good gig for her. The album is superb and she deserves it all.
 
I was disappointed that no tour materialised in the wake of the album's success, but she's dropped a few hints that more music is coming sooner rather than later, and she has recently signed a new management deal, so we'll see.
 
Nice to see she's edging towards that 1m Insta following too.

Maybe moopy should do an end of year vote and @ all the acts on whatever platforms are relevant still with the results.
 
Just when I thought we were getting more new music, Lil' Lou's confession is she wants more of ya money for not-new music.

I'm going to put Slam on instead.
