So utterly undulating. I just wish we got more of its ilk. The voice is unequal to the beats, thuds and steam-emitting synths that also tinkle down like beads of sweat, but you've just been hurled to the ground, so you'll need something to soften the blow I guess. The Paula Abdul next door was briefly Gina G's biggest threat until it was time to renew her contract (record deal and house lodging!) GALA was just around the corner - what a time to be alive if you had a Woolworths nearby.

Still one of the biggest surprise live performers I’ve seen. I must have seen her about six times since the ‘comeback’ and whilst she ain’t no Adele she can certainly hold her own and she puts on a great show.

Plus she seems like a fucking fabulous woman, so Louise up for me.
