In honour of her upcoming PLATINUM COLLECTION :disco:

Start by voting to evict your five least essential moments.

If you need a refresher, you can always sample the iconic MEGAMIX

There were SEVEN singles from Heavy Love, so for brevity I've just included the three that got a proper radio push.

And of course her current MIXED SEPERATES ANTHEM Super Magic

Anyway, Don't Give Up surely for the win!

I didn't include that because it was more of a B-side really (also it's terrible), but the fact that she missed her own attempt at breaking the world singalong record because she got stuck in traffic and had to join via mobile from her CAR is just classic Louise. :disco:

I'd like to enter that Thomas Cook travel ad she did with her ex-husband where she hugged a disoriented horse as a wildcard.

Horrified at Hurt taking an early lead. Lack of recognition bias is a true curse on these survivors.

If the song didn't make enough impact, it's a FAILING and it deserves to GO!

Just listening for the first time anyway, it's quite good! :basil:

She really doesn't get enough credit for the work she provided for session singers in her original era 💞

Let’s Go Round Again and Arms Around The World are still two of my fave songs ever :disco:

Who the hell picked One Kiss From Heaven and All That Matters as singles, given the oddly decent amount of potential singles from the first two albums, ought to be SHOT

And giving up on the second album campaign after the third single because she wanted to play house.

Ironic, considering those are words never once said about Louise's solo career generally...

I WAS ALWAYS EXCITED

aside from the time closeted teen VoR attempted to use her FHM covershoot as a masturbation aid.

As for this survivor, I'll wait until I've heard of most of the songs before casting any votes :tongueout:

I remember a feverish Monday night after buying Arms around the world and Sash!’s Mysterious Times cassingles, putting together a mix tape with those as the headliners before a school trip the next day.

She had a few missed singles from the first two albums:

The Best That You Bring

Love Will Bring You Back To Me

Best That You Bring or Discussions (both slightly remixed) would’ve been great from the first.

Shut Up and Kiss Me or Running Back For More from the second for me. Very 1998 but would’ve fit in well.

We were denied something pretty special with Shut Up & Kiss Me not being released. The campaign was so polished as well - all the videos were gorgeous and who doesn't start doing embarrassing things whilst going down a set of stairs with a middle landing all because of the legendary totp performance of Let's Go Round Again?

Light of my Life really was the worst
Why did they think this was a good solo career kick off single? Even at the time I remember laughing at it

Well I've listened to so much Louise today in the name of research and I feel REJUVENATED. Just like the Wellwoman ad said. (I've no idea, I'm just ASSUMING she's done a Wellwoman ad at some point in her time)

Well this should be fun, I don't think there's an obvious winner from the big favourites here.

I don't like Hurt much I'm afraid, there's much better on the album and it gives me some unpleasant Jess Glynne vibes.

All That Matters can DIE for many reasons

Actually it's not a terrible song. Quite UPLIFTING I suppose.

But...so much hurt. I still believe Woman In Me is an impeccable pop album :D So to pick that...

Running Back For More is the one that got away for me. That motown style suited her just right and the song is a dream. I like almost everything on it though
