I'm here for Madonna the podcast guest. The best part of her last tour, for me, were her speeches. I could listen to her talk for hours.
 
The interview is pretty good BUT I really wish that woman would stop with those damn grillz
 
To be honest that podcast made me like her a lot less. I don't need lessons on detaching from the material world from a woman with a property empire, collection of Frida Kahlo paintings, and selection of diamond-studded gum shields.

She's in a cult and I feel sorry for her kids.
 
I remain optimistic and am here for the music, but little else.

She's the last generation of that sort of mega stardom. It messes with the head.
I'm glad she's still alive and working. That's that.

In fairness, I had entirely forgotten about Kaballah. She hasn't banged on about it for a while.

But I take your point, I have ZERO INTEREST in this nonsense.

It's why I won't listen to it. I don't see how an advertisement dressed as a podcast could possibly make me like her more. I'm not interested in pop stars shilling their religion to others, even if it is Madonna.
 
I will intentionally avoid all press and marketing attention given to this new album.

Sometimes a girl needs to look at Madonna and see her for the fake she is. Her influence on women killed them and harmed them.

If Madonna never cared about my career or my woes, I owe her nothing.

Is that actually true? Wouldn't we have had confirmation on NZ/AUS sites etc. by now if so? I thought it was some Facebook made-up fan nonsense.
 
2025 and they still can’t manage to sort it so there aren’t gaps in a non-stop mix.

WHY ARE THEY SO FUCKING LAZY?
 
Having said that, it might only be Get Together to Sorry it affects (on Apple Music). The rest seems to flow ok so far.

Would have been more fun if they’d done the same with the bonus tracks.

It wasn't on streaming. It's separate versions.

Back in the day, the download was either separate versions or one, continuous 51-min track.
 
The brown background in the artwork is a bad choice... Not to mention the chosen image of Madge. Even a fan could do better.
 
I really think this is an album of highs and lows. Hung up, Sorry, Let it will be and s few others are great, but songs like I love new York are just awful.
