Madonna - Crave ft. Swae Lee

crap video but it was shot on no notice with no budget so let's just call it a BUZZ VIDEO

the REAL SECOND VIDEO (presumably for God Control or Killers) is still ON ICE but COMING SOON and weaves WILL be SNATCHED
 
Which is the one supposedly featuring Bob The Drag Queen?
 
The one I mentioned above - apparently it's for a big disco song but noone knows if that song is Killers or God Control
 
I don't think it's a crap video at all- it suits the song and actually I feel its the opposite of "crap" for one reason- That is how you DO low budget and make it look and feel expensive. Oh and :disco: to "My heart is a lonely hunter" as well. Just wish she'd thrown in "Instead of spring, it's always winter..." somehow.

I'm beginning to love "Crave" now as well. The whole thing is shaping up VERY VERY nicely. Thank GOD she's BACK!

(obviously nowhere near as cheap as, say, Give It 2 Me)
 
It's still not entirely working for me. But I do like the GROOVE of it.
 
Then again what does expensive get you these days anyway look at that Bieber Sheehan monstrosity with the green screens .

In fairness, I worded it wrong- it's obviously BUDGET but doesn't feel CHEAP- you gave a great example of the latter...
 
It's a low-budget 'Madonna being glamourous' type video cut from the same cloth as "Give it 2 Me" except it's done FAR better. I like it!
 
Video doesn't work for me, and can't find it on youtube..

I like Crave very much and the video is pretty well done too. She looks great in a lot of the shots.

:D at the trotting into her head cocked nodding during his rap though.
 
It sells the song well in its own minimalist way. The best shots of her are possibly the best she's looked in a video since the 90s. Also the head nodding is adorably stupid.

Truly hating the eye patch at this point though.
 
First time to listen to this

- video is nice, even though it seems to feature him more than her
- the song started well but it feels like the first minute is one big chorus (if you can call it that)
- she sort of sounds like a featured artist on her own song
- happy they’re spending at least a little money on the videos again
 
She looks great in the video, the lighting suits her well and I think this is my favourite song of the 4 we've heard so far.
 
I listened to this when it was released and must say I wasn’t keen and had no interest in hearing it again. I have just watched the video and must admit something has CLICKED. It is really rather GOOD and has been added to my Spotify playlist.

I hate the eye patch even more because she looks so good without it. And it is a good video.

I don't agree with the 'sounding like a featured artist on her own song' comment, though - I don't REALLY like that three of the songs we've heard so far have guest features (and there are a few more to come on the rest of the album, aren't there?), but for me she's the star in all three, she owns them. And I never felt that about 4 Minutes.
 
I still really like this song and really wish she'd done this instead of Future at Eurovision if she really didn't want to do Medellin. I feel I need the album now so I can park the bad taste that the Eurovision performance left.

I can only think Diddy muted the song after ten seconds and made that assumption based on how much face time Swae Lee gets in the video!

As someone who hasn't really cared for a single Madonna feature, I actually think Swae Lee compliments and enhances the song without ever overshadowing her. Maluma is a surprisingly natural fit as well. Quavo though...

There are two other features on the album including a second track with Maluma.
