Loooooove this song. Had it on non-stop all summer. Kehlani is just that bitch.

She's talking about the solo version being on the physical copies which isn't the point of any of this

Very much NOT addressing the actual issue which is her or her team removing the normal version from her Spotify profile

Lambs aren't trying to create anything REALLY THOUGH. Mariah's team specifically said Kehlani requested that the song not be connected to her Spotify profile. She (or her team) is the issue.
 
well it sounds like (s)he said-she said so I guess none of us know what actually happened! but also... who cares? we have the song with the feats and we'll soon have a solo edit so I don't see an issue really.

I mean if Kehlani says point blank "I never removed anything" I'm minded to believe that. Mariah does have a history of being shady with other female artistes.

Again, she's confused and talking about 'removing' her verse from the album. Nothing to do with the Spotify situation, which is the thing that people have an issue with.

And spare me.
 
Sounds like maybe Kelhani had a one fee deal for the feature, so if she’s not getting streaming royalties for it, no need for her to be featured on Spotify when fanz can potentially stream a song that she/they will get paid for

Or something
 
I mean, if it were a good song, I’d gladly dive into the drama, but it’s just middling, typical Mariah fluff she can’t resist recording (and releasing as a single to boot)
 
Kehlani's verse and the switch-up in cadence and tempo, the It's Like That refs and Shenseea's flow are all essential to the song
 
I see this is creeping up on Type Dangerous' total Spotify streams (6.8m v 7.6m) with no video and essentially zero promo

Which I find to be a very NICE NICE NEAT NEAT SUGAR SUGAR SWEET SWEET situation

Best song on the album by the way :disco:
