Ok so hear me out but my theory is that she is suffering from some sort of arthritic or osteo condition which would explain her recent performances. She is completely static for that entire video, even the dance sequence. There has to be a reason.

The nerve damage she suffered when she fell while filming a remix for #Beautiful has been described be people close to her as more severe than most realise. Could be to do with that.
