Melodifestivalen 2026: Deltävling Two (Göteborg) (1 Viewer)

Tobbe Ek from Aftonbladet said already after the press conference that the rival record labels were claiming Patrik Jean's song to be very strong. It's allegedly in the similar landscape as "The Code" and "Wasted Love" and in the live episode, Tobbe said that the ESC fans will be furious if he doesn't go through.
We’ve already had two similar songs in a row winning Eurovision, a third would really be pushing it.

I think we’ve seen lately just how much people will tolerate where Eurovision is concerned.

Pleasing results, but I'd still rather A*teens went to Eurovision than Felicia and her off-putting face mask.

I can't listen to this again today as I was awake half the night with the electronic hook bouncing around my head.

To the surprise of nobody, Felicia up to #1 on Spotify Sweden today. What is, of course, of more interest is her total streams.

In at #1 with 360k (Brandsta City Slackers at #2 with 236k) and Black Widow, Sugar High and Hard - all of FELICIA’s previous releases - all re-entering or entering the top 200 for the first time. For comparisons sake, A*Teens were #1 last week with 162k so Felicia has topped that by over double.

Feels like a massive massive moment and I really hope it can go all the way. What a BANGER.

There was pressure to release the raw votes from Heat One if they are going to show the rest, so here it is:

Jacqline – ”Woman” ,1 791 380 röster (till finalkval)
Noll2 – ”Berusade ord”, 1 604 284 röster
Junior Lerin – ”Copacabana Boy”, 1 515 283 röster
Indra – ”Beautiful lie”, 1 417 761 röster

Robin Bengtsson – ”Honey honey”,1 889 614 röster (till finalkval)
Arwin – ”Glitter”, 1 327 307 röster
Klara Almström – ”Där hela världen väntar”, 1 180 360 röster
Laila Adèle – ”Oxygen”, 1 145 704 röster

They are also changing the way the semi finalists can qualify - to increase the tension by removing the paid telephone votes from the total you see above (so we don’t know how much that is part of that figure

OK after hearing the clip this is NOT going to be an issue :D

Honestly I’m starting to think Patrik Jean is putting a lot of this hype out there himself because from what I remember, the distinctly ordinary Tears Run Dry was hyped up in a similar way.
