How strange - I only saw one of those 'this is them now' social media posts for her a couple of days ago. And I had to google her as she looked nothing like I remembered her.

An Awfully Big Adventure is great - she's great in it - and Hugh Grant gave early notice he was going to become a much more interesting actor.

I rewatched Heavenly Creatures a few weeks ago. Of the 2, Parker seemed to eventually realised what she'd done & lived a quiet life teaching handicapped children. Contrasting to Hulme, whose comments minimising the role she played & subsequent career as a murder mystery writer did not sit well with me.

I seem to remember she sued ZsaZsa Gabor for defamation of character once.

Why don't we call people Elke anymore?

[Agneeta]

Why don't we call people Elke anymore?

Germans might.

[Debbie Jellinsky]

Germans might.

Not anymore. All of the Elkes I know are over 45.

I remember her from some early 2000s slasher movie called Flashback.

[Shirley]

I mean whatever else she did it can't have topped COSTARRING with SHERRIE HEWSON in CARRY ON BEHIND
