Given how he's spent his life, I hope he's suffering. I hope he is begging for the sweet relief of death's kiss and instead is being wheeled around, the slightest squeal of 'help me' being obliterated with a loud shout of "he's voting no!" as he despairs, despairs and despairs, wheeled back to be strapped into the machines until he is no longer useful to the evil government he helped to build.
