YES! It's weird not to be able to use the same ones on Moopy that I can use on say WhatsApp. In addition to the unique Moopy ones though, as you say

Most Emoji fonts have public licenses so shouldn't be an issue. With GIFs they're embedded links so copyright issues would fall to who is hosting them.

This is what I was thinking, so you could just use the emojis in the phone keyboard and they'd just show up

There doesn't appear to be one for Xenforo. There *is* an emoji pack i found there, but that wouldn't guarantee the link between phones and the board.
