It is still TERRIBLY MILD here, and it is throwing me off a bit. I WANT SNOW. It’s about the only thing that brings JOY to this SOUR FACE between January- March.

It's really mild here too and I think the days are becoming a little bigger day by day, which I very much enjoy cause when it gets dark there's literally zero things you can do. But I really don't want the weather to get worse for the same reason, it was raining non-stop for two months so I was stuck in the house for most of October/November. The worst months weather-wise February/March are still ahead though.

So a guy i’d been seeing in early 2020 but been unceremoniously dropped by, we had kept in touch because that’s what I do. But he moved into an apartment on the same floor as me with his boyfriend.

Tbh I am happy for them etc and was happy to have gay friends nearby.

So had them over today for lunch and games. But me and the guy I know were playing footsie under the kotatsu

I've deChristmassed the house this morning and have actually got dressed and am about to take Ridley for a little walk. This cold is verging on chest-infection now so I think some fresh air might help although it won't be my usual fast-march, more of a gentle amble. My boss doesn't believe in Covid restrictions, she's one of the herd-immunity brigade which is all well and good for all the other staff who don't have respiratory problems but she's already proved that she doesn't give a flying feck about that or me. It's easier to just go along with it than be bombarded with snide comments from her and her niece.

Oh Floppet that is AWFUL. I’m not sure what the story is with guidance as in if it is mandatory to work from home if you can or what but if it IS then you should report her and her lapdog niece.
