Monday buys oat milk for the office

SORRY but I'm ALL OVER an oat milk. But then I've never really liked the REAL THING.

Depends on what you need it for. I tried it once in tea because we ran out of real milk. It made my tea taste like porridge, so I went without.

Our office has skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk and almond milk. The one who insists he must have almond milk because he's allergic to dairy eats at least one buttery croissant each morning and happily stuffs his face with milk chocolate. His GP did an allergy test for dairy and it came back negative but obviously the test was wrong (according to him).

In today's other highlight Morrisons are sending me PARMESAN instead of PECORINO

THIS AGGRESSION WILL NOT STAND, MAN

The Alpro no sugars or the one they sell as ‘My Cuppa’ are fine for tea to my tastebuds . I switched to oat/soya milk a couple of years back and it’s strange how much I notice milk when someone puts it in (I’m vegetarian not vegan) for something that’s so relatively quite bland.

It was the Alpro one that made my tea curdle and taste like porridge!

I feel a little rotten this morning but need to deliver a three hour session in Ballymena.

On the milk front, I got confused today because there was no carton in the office, before realising we've switched to little individual pots which I don't like (but don't really have a rational reason for not liking).

Yay norovirus style event was back last night. It's been almost a month of being unwell. Fuck this shit.

I am one of the weirdos in life who don’t like HOT DRINKS so no tea or coffee for me here. My son has always loved milk so we do go through a fair bit when we are both at home.
