The usual conspiracy theories abound but it looks like a dodgy vape shop went up and after the fire was 'out' a few overheated lithium batteries exploded with the heat and restarted it.
They don't know yet but it's consistent with lithium ion batteries exploding. If they had a whole stash of them altogether, the heat and intensity would be have been intense.How on earth did that fire take hold the way it did?
