Monday tidies up.

Hello. Having work done in my flat tomorrow and I needed to tidy up a bit. Lo and behold, it's taking ages because work has been so tiring of late that it takes all my energy and only little bits have been getting done at weekends. The bin store is full. Oops.

Only working today, then off for the rest of the week. Not sure what I was thinking of by not having today off as well. Unless there's something important supposed to be happening today that I've forgotten about and am totally unprepared for...

I got woken up AGAIN last night , 2am, because of another smoke alarm battery beeping

We have 3 smoke alarms and a mains alarm in a 2 bed flat. And all of them want me to lose sleep

Technically it's the anniversary of saying no to their ultimatum resulting in the declaration of war on the same day.

Welp, my new boiler has arrived early. 1 flue, one (very heavy) boiler and 1 box of all the random bits and pieces. This is very good because the delivery was due between 7am and 10am tomorrow so it being here already gives me an extra bed hour and the hope that the engineers can just get cracking as soon as they arrive (between 8 and 9).

Which is nice.
