Had a burst of energy last night and started tidying up my flat. A proper post-depression clearout can take a while but I made a good start.

Good Morning Moopy. I woke up at 6 and as the heavy rain had subsided I decided to go out for a run. Went for a blow dry after I dropped my son off at school, and now have bugger all to do today.

It’s my wedding anniversary today and so I got up at 6, went for a swim at sunrise, have had a lovely breakfast out and now, somewhat less romantically, am off on holiday without Mr Sheena

It's my wedding anniversary next Tuesday, so I'm taking the day off work to go work in a commercial brewery for the day. Anniversaries seem overrated.

We've just had a meeting and the subject of Thomas Cook came up...one of the thrusting young bucks of the piece stated that TC has "shat the bed" to a mixture of confusion and giggling. Read the room, eh?
