If there's an instrumental intro before our recording superstar starts to sing, do you count that as part of the "30 seconds to 1 minute long recording", or ar you a bit flexible with that? I'd prefer if you give us the option of including a few seconds of instrumental intro before he starts to sing that doesn't count, to make the recording a bit nice and with a change of making the charts, but whatever you say is fine. :)
 
I would like to add that it will definitely be worth relaxing the rules for our song, unless you don't want Moopy to have a Grammy nomination to its credit.

I can think of quite a lot in the spirit of the TV show. But I suspect we might be gamed out.

I have to say I would also request this. However should @octophone decide it remains as 30sec to 1 min, that's fine

As the judge of the round, I'd happily listen to longer clips however I don't want to endure an 18 minute audio opus either. Quality over quantity.
 
On a side note, I am very much an audio visual kind of gal, so work those videos.

Will you give extra points for visual effort? Because Mama Octy says points will be given only based in choice of song and the actual vocals, which is BORING AS HELL. I hope you do what you fucking want.
 
As a chef I believe the first bite is always with the eyes.

(But I will adhere to Ms Octophones rules and regulations of course)

Given the weight of public opinion, I am prepared to relax the rules regarding the length of the submission. I set it at a maximum of one minute for entirely selfish reasons, however as I am no longer judging the entries...

It must still be at least 30 seconds long, however the upper limit is now 2 minutes.

Also @big ron can judge the entries however he wishes.
 
In that case:

Donations to the Big Ron lost ketamine memorial fund will count towards your entry.

Lucille tried to electrocute me this morning. If I hadn’t acted fast and shot him in the legs who knows what could have happened!

I’m hearing some disturbing rumours that SDF infected Spain with the Coronavirus in the hope of incapacitating Alla should a competition requiring video editing skills ever occur. If true I respect his dedication to the long game.
