PERSONALLY it looked genuine to me and it was all in French. Plus it was penny asking him through a non moopy medium for some Guardian Angel saves and DC wasn't always around the night modes so it stands up that he night have text/WhatsApped him whatever the app was. So I found that it was genuine.

Hence why I'm surprised it's taken this long for the mafia to kill him.

@Penelope to confirm because I might have read something very wrong here.

I thought the guardian angel had a vote in night mode to save someone IF THE MAFIA HAPPENED TO KILL THEM. Hence why at the start of every night mode he asks for Guardian Angel and Detective votes (if they're still alive).

We knew Lucille was dead and we subsequently knew Lucille was brought back to life, so this wasnt related to the Guardian Angel.
