Ok, anyone with community access should now be able to do so. This should hopefully prevent any spammers from abusing it.

I've started the process of the server upgrade. If Moopy goes down at any point, that's why, but it shouldn't be for long.

There is an addon that I think will sort this, but again needs the server upgrade first before I can install it.

Not strictly true, you could put every user who uses GIFs on Ignore, which would leave you , Star, FetchFugly and big ron having a lovely time
