It's actually QUITE GOOD!
In other news, did we know Matt Darey once remixed GINA G?!
He must have been taking any job at that point.
Not a genre I have ever investigated. Beyond the Gloria Jones original of Tainted Love I couldn't name a single song.
Oh my God, both of these ideas. I was actually thinking a 'best of the 90s' could be good.

I've just Googled him to find out which song it is, and one of the first frequently asked questions about him is 'Does Billy Ocean have three lungs?'. It turns out he does, which is nice.that Billy Ocean song which inexplicably won't go away from download charts this year is one of the more famous ones. So famous I can't remember what it's called. But apparently it is.
And Googling THIS turned up only one mention on Popjustice (and a deleted video). It did, however, bring up the roster for Dance Crazy Management International, which reads like a who's who of WHO? (but I'd still very happily attend should they decide to throw a festival). He was certainly a good sport. I still remember him and Marcella doing X-Factor, pretending to be absolutely shit with PE class gymnastics no less and fooling Dermot with it.

I wonder if it was me who mentioned it
Anyway, I'm surprised to see we all forgot this magnificent gem from '91 (remembered via gym rat Marcy and her gym rat bro's tatty cover from 2008):
The poster’s name started with ‘un’
I've never heard what they have on the b-side before. I'm entranced!
Edit: one more, they just keep on giving.

And I would attend this. Maybe bringing a bag of pills would be a tad ambitious, but I’d certainly come equipped with Bacardi Breezers.Anyway I think Katefest would have Pet Shop Boys headlining and then this lot (running order TBC)
ALEX PARTY (Shanie)
CHINA BLACK
CORONA
DANNI MINOGUE
SOPHIE ELLIS BEXTOR
CAPELLA
LIVIN’ JOY (Janice Robinson)
ROBIN S
ACE OF BASS
Urban COOKIE Collective
I think I’d have Kelly Llorenna on to do two songs at 11am followed by Sam Fox singing Santa Maria at 11.15 to fill the initial slot when gates have opened but only a handful of people drifted in as yet.Anyway I think Katefest would have Pet Shop Boys headlining and then this lot (running order TBC)

I think they should team up and start the Featured Artists Festival. Them, Karen Parry, Coco Star, RikRok Ducent, Maria Naylor, Sia...Tina Cousins has been increasingly “erratic” on stage for the last few years too.

For real. Completely wasted *it seems*. I’ll post evidence later. For real? I need to know more.
I've been blasting Hymn of late. I always thought that was going to be a hit.
Lots of people don’t know Sam did a bit of acid. And charted with it.How have I lived this long without hearing LOVE HOUSE![]()

Pray is a mainstay of every dance playlist I make. I considered nominating it for this in fairness, and I was agog that nobody thought to suggest Killing Time. For real? I need to know more.

Oh Tina hun.Tina comes on about 33 mins in to this vid or about 3 mins before the end. This is not an isolated incident. The guys who come onto stage when they think she’s going to fall. If it was a one off it could be funny but I think she has a problem.

How DID we miss this 4am gem?A no-frills 'shit I should have nominated' today. I completely missed this off my shortlist and I'm furious.
4 of the top 5 not even being dance songs suggests they didn't really understand the brief.Suspect our list might be better.
