I've always thought she sounds vaguely like RoL era Marge vocally, though that's probably just me.
 
I used to fondly and wrongly call a girl Plavkov after the Jam & Spoon chanteuse. Memories.

I wished we got more... even when not remembering what cocks were for they were pretty damn decent too (Angeled, Set Me Free). Chicane were taking note (and Mr Jones sitting by the phone).

2003, USA, No. 12 smash! Plummet are producer Eric B Muniz and Vocalist Cheramy Burgess. This cover of Plumb’s 1999 original was the first of their two forays into the top 40, the second being ‘Cherish the Day’ in 2004. Considering this struggled in its semi, a top 50 position was quite the splendid surprise. Sadly, Cheramy Burgess turned dead in 2015. Perhaps every voter who gave this less than an 8 might consider wiping their arses on her weeping children once they’ve finished shitting on her grave.

Plummet should be much higher. I will need a list of the people who incorrectly gave it low marks so that they can be punished.
 
I think I'm slightly ahead (the next track just started) but I always get pushed back by ads over time so it'll correct itself :eyes:
 
I'll just assume that all of the next twenty songs (except Ginag, hopefully) will be too low. It'll save on the trauma.

1996, UK, No. 2 smash! This was the b-side to a completely different song which was also called Born Slippy. I got that from Wikipedia and I don’t understand how it worked so I won’t be taking any questions on it at this time. The version was re-released as a stand-alone single following its inclusion in Trainspotting. At the time this was written, vocalist Karl Hyde was battling with alcoholism, and so the lyrics are intended to represent the inner dialogue of an alcoholic. Judy Finnigan’s debut novel Eloise achieved a similar effect, albeit unintentionally.

It does have its moments, but I'm never seeking it out.

1991, Zimbabwe, No. 6 smash! ‘Everybody’s Free…’ was the second single released by Zambian-born Zimbabwean-raised singer Rozalla Miller. Surprisingly, it never made the top 5 in the UK, although it performed well enough to become the 40th biggest-selling single of 1991. None of her follow ups cracked the top 10. It samples Lyn Collins’ ‘Think (About It)’, and was itself adapted by Australian film director Baz Luhrmann into ‘Everybody’s Free (To Wear Sunscreen)’. Kylie Farage also covered it, which is a bit more up Moopy’s alley, and also leads me to suspect that Australians in general have a bit of a wide-on for it.
